This is why my work has evolved beyond traditional therapy - supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to understand what sits beneath the surface and create meaningful change.
For many years, people have known me as a Consultant Psychotherapist.
While that remains the foundation of my expertise, it no longer fully describes the work I do.
Today, I partner with individuals, leaders and organisations to strengthen emotional wellbeing, confidence, communication and resilience during times of workplace pressure, career transition, relationship challenges and personal change.
Because most people don’t wake up thinking:

Why This Work Matters to Me
My own journey is one of the reasons this work matters so deeply to me.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I built a successful career in diplomat work and investment banking. From the outside, it looked like I had achieved everything I had worked towards.
Behind the scenes, it was a different story.
Like many of the women and leaders I now support, I became very skilled at appearing capable, calm and confident while privately battling self-doubt, overthinking and the pressure to keep proving myself.
I was achieving, performing and supporting others, but I was also living behind a mask; one built around coping, responsibility and the belief that I needed to be stronger, better or more capable to truly feel enough.
Over time, I realised these patterns were not simply about personality or ambition. They were connected to deeper emotional experiences, beliefs and wounds that shaped how I saw myself, responded to pressure and related to others.
When I began to understand and heal what was beneath the surface, everything changed... not just how I felt, but how I communicated, led, built relationships and experienced life.
That experience transformed not only me, but the way I help others today.
Because lasting change does not come from simply trying harder to cope.
It comes from understanding what sits beneath the mask.
The emotional patterns, beliefs and experiences that continue to influence how we respond to pressure, navigate change and communicate with the people around us.
That is the foundation of my work.
